We make core production with KFM-7 PLC controlled 7 litre volume 2 units Carbon dioxide Core Making Machine and Core Presses whose capacities are 2,5 and 5 litres.
Core production for casting parts are prepared with alfaset, CO2 and shell system and dried on favourable shelf form.

Moulding Line includes a sand preparing unit with a capacity of 20 m3 per hour. Other equıpment are: Shake-Out, Punch Out, Aerator, Magnetic Seperator, Rotary Screen, Bunkers, Mixer, Conveyors, Elevators.
There are also fcur Shaking & Squeezing Pneumatic Press Machines vvhose Flask dimensions are: 650 x 550 x (100 er 150 or 200 mm.) Flasks move along conveyor lines trom moulding point to Shaking-Out pcint.

We have two Induction Furnaces in our foundry which have capacities of ons fo them 430 kg/hr and other 820 kg/hr in the foundry. Thermal anaiysis is carried out during the melting process. Besides this, ali casting parts are controlled by a hardness test device after casting and the structure of the metai is checked by a metailurgical microscope.
Apart frorn the scaling and test anaiysis vehicles within our own body, for the inspection of the equipment being damaged or undamaged and for the tests on resistance, we have benefited from KOSGEB's (Union for Small and Medium Enterprises) services within the framework of our exclusive agreement.
We either supply casting parts for our regular customers or any customers and any parts. Casting parts come from grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and vermicuier cast iron. Ali parts are cleaned by a blastıng machine. If a customer wants parts to be painted, we are able to do so.

Mesa A.ş. has invested in order to control ali steps of the manufaoturing prooess using process control of the foundry and has added sand laboratory and equipment test apparatus to its inventory.
Control is executed in the production area and in the foundry laboratory. During casting operations, process control is applied by converting data that was gained through examination of samples taken from a casting piece and dala gained about moulding sand into information.
The quality of moulding sand and chemical composition of material directly effect the casting category, We determine chemical composition profiles before casting with our speotrometer and also do sand control with at the following equipment. İn the laboratory of our foundry, the resistance ofwet printedof moulding sand, gas pemneability, compactibility values are measured. İn order to gain these values in healthy conditions, Mesa A.Ş. has located the test equipment, which are production of George Fisher + GF +, into its laboratory. Features. such as; resistance, ability to be processes and micro structure vvhich are expected by consumer from material, are controlled by a hardness testing apparatus and by an optical mı eros cop e both of which are located in the foundry laboratory A portable thermometer is used for measuring the temperature of casting just before it ispoured in to the moulding.
A thermic anaiysis device is integrated into the melting unit, and is capable of measuring carbon, silicium and carbon equivalence, the temperature of llquid metal in furnace and the tendeney to be spherical, is being served. Except for these, in order to reaoh other information needed, as a result of the agreement made by KOSGEB, the examination of destructed and undestructed material is made in KOSGEB.

Temperin process is maide in our TF2. 1PLC Controlled Heat Treatment tempering Furnace which had the dimensions 1200*1000*1750 mm and a maximum power of 1000 KW, maximum temperatures is 1100 C scheduled heat treatment data is displayed as a graphic after operation.

According to customer request we paint parts using a sprey pistol and sinking type painting system on hanging type painting line and part are dried with infrared technology.

After Casting Operations, parts can be machined depertding on customer demand. There are CNC Vertical and Horizonta! Machining Centers with Pallet Changers and CNC Lathes, for these operations in the machining vvorkshop, Besides CNC Machines we have also conventional Lathes and Cutters.

All parts being machined are measured and checked using a Three Dimensional Coordinate Machine. Parts produced are generally used for Tractors and Midibuses
|

We do industrial washing operations on ready for dispatch parts using a Spray Jet 130 model cabin type washing machine which has 3 units, 6 KW heating power and high pressure.
Besides this the washed parts are dried using a Spray 130 Jet Model cabin type drying machine that has 12 KW heating power and also a digital heating controller
